Probation Navigators: A Support Role for Individuals

The Forward Trust is seeking a Probation Navigator to support individuals on probation in Cambridge.
Location: Cambridge
We offer a competitive salary of £24,000 - £28,647 per annum, reflecting the demands and responsibilities of this role.
Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Probation Navigator, you will work closely with individuals on probation to provide guidance and support, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
- Provide regular check-ins and monitoring sessions to ensure individuals are adhering to their probation requirements.
- Work collaboratively with other professionals, such as psychologists and social workers, to develop and implement effective support plans.
- Help individuals access relevant resources and services, including education and employment opportunities.
You may have experience working in prisons, probation, police, or courts before. Your expertise and passion for supporting vulnerable populations make you an ideal candidate for this role.
