Business Development Manager Opportunity

Bennett and Game Recruitment is proud to be working with a family-run freight firm seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join their team in Hampshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior BDM to embed themselves in a business that prioritizes its staff. The company is looking for someone to develop and implement sales strategies, work closely with the Directors, and drive the business forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by upselling the company's specialist freight, customs, haulage, and warehouse services
  • Maintain and expand existing relationships through account management
  • Collaborate with Directors to develop and implement new sales strategies and oversee the commercial growth of the business
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of new business sales in multi-modal freight
  • Knowledge of FMCG/Fresh Food & Drink Distribution
  • Experience in implementing new sales strategies
  • Experience in pallet distribution
Benefits:
