Job Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs in a dynamic and inclusive school environment. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide individualized support and create a positive learning experience for all students.

Working Pattern

Full-Time Equivalent Salary
The salary for this position is £23,120.00 per annum, pro rata, based on a full-time equivalent salary of £27,030 - £27,438.

We are a very supportive department, who work hard to enable our teaching assistants to progress further in their careers.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing individualized support to students with special educational needs, working closely with teachers and other support staff to create a positive learning experience for all students. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with parents and carers.

Requirements
The successful candidate will have a strong background in supporting students with special educational needs, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. They will also be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, and will be subject to the relevant pre-employment checks.
