At Ecolab, we're seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Development Professional to join our team. As an integral part of our sales and marketing organization, you will play a key role in driving business growth and developing long-lasting customer relationships.
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity is perfect for individuals who are passionate about sales, marketing, and customer service. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with existing customers, and working closely with our sales and clinical teams to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare and present sales reports, proposals, and presentations to internal stakeholders and customers
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of sales success, preferably in a similar industry or sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct market research and analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or sales
We offer a competitive salary ranging from £22,000 to £28,000, depending on experience, plus performance bonuses and benefits package. You will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to help you grow your career and achieve your goals.
