About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Planner - S&OP Lead to join our client, a fast-growing Food Manufacturing business, in a key leadership role.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in S&OP management and inventory optimization, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and implementing process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain a consensus demand plan, inventory strategy, and capacity plan for a portfolio of over 300 SKUs of Finished Goods and over 1000 SKUs of Raw Materials.
  2. Implement process improvements and best practices to increase efficiency and maturity of the S&OP process, resulting in better asset utilization and reliable data for Capex decisions.
  3. Lead global cross-functional projects, manage project timelines, and ensure successful project delivery.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement new product introductions, go/no go decisions on product briefs, product phase-outs, and product transitions.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in S&OP management in the Food Manufacturing/FMCG space.
