Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Synergi Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting reactive and planned maintenance on high-speed production machinery, ensuring maximum efficiency and minimizing downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine maintenance tasks on production equipment
- Identifying and resolving technical issues with machinery
- Collaborating with the engineering and production teams to optimize processes
- Developing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Proven experience in maintenance within a fast-paced FMCG environment
- Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices
- Ability to fault-find and troubleshoot complex issues with PLCs
- Relevant engineering qualification (Level 3 minimum)
