Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Using business analysis techniques to identify and implement process and system alterations to improve the business
- Financial duties, including producing regular finance reports, investigating any discrepancies, reviewing invoices and processing expenses
- Overseeing management of the business's properties: reviewing tenancies and contracts, liaising with suppliers and contractors, and resolving any building maintenance issues

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience working within Operations or Office Management, as well as HR and line management experience.
