Job Title: Home Tutor

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Home Tutor to join our team at Protocol Education. As a Home Tutor, you will be responsible for providing one-to-one tuition to students in the Redcar area, focusing on core subjects and preparing them for KS3 and KS4 exams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver tailored programmes that complement ongoing class work, learning objectives, and assessment plans.
  • Build strong relationships with pupils and school contacts through session delivery, weekly review meetings, tuition progress reports, and feedback.
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the needs of individual students.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher with QTS or equivalent, or a Teaching Assistant with previous tutoring experience.
  • Strong grasp of the UK curriculum and ability to work in 1:1 and small group settings.
  • Excellent communication and behaviour management skills.
  • Reliability and commitment to delivering high-quality lessons.
