We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Nursery Support Assistant to join our team at a local nursery in Enfield. As a Level 3 Nursery Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering engaging and age-appropriate activities to support early development
  • Assisting with daily care duties, including meal times, personal care, and sleep routines
  • Collaborating with staff to create a nurturing and stimulating environment
  • Fostering strong connections with children, parents, and carers through open and supportive communication
  • Monitoring progress and observing children's development
Requirements
  • Level 3 Qualification in Childcare or equivalent
  • Passion for working with young children and supporting their development
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Reliability and flexibility to adapt to the needs of the nursery
