Nursery Team Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Nursery Team Manager to join our team in a dynamic childcare setting in N7.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about early years education and committed to delivering high-quality childcare.
As a Nursery Team Manager, you will play a key role in providing exceptional care and education for children, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that promotes their development.
The successful candidate will have a Level 3 Diploma in Childcare or equivalent qualification, sound knowledge of the EYFS framework, and previous experience working in an early years setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing a team of Early Years Educators to provide high-quality care and education to children.
- Planning, delivering, and evaluating engaging and age-appropriate learning activities.
- Monitoring and documenting children's progress through observations, learning journeys, and assessments.
- Ensuring a safe and secure environment for all children by adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures.
Team Collaboration:
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to plan and deliver high-quality childcare services.
- Participating actively in team meetings, training sessions, and nursery events.
- Supporting the Nursery Manager and senior staff in maintaining smooth daily operations.
The estimated salary for this position is £28,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience.
