Salary: £18-£25 per hour (dependent on location and experience)

Job Description:
We are seeking qualified SEND Support Assistants to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a SEND Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with diverse learning needs, working closely with class teachers to develop and deliver activities that cater to individual requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Making a positive impact on the lives of children with special educational needs.
  • Assisting the class teacher with planning and delivery of activities.
  • Supporting the development of children's language and communication skills.
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and providing pastoral support to children when required.
  • Providing feedback to parents and carers on children's progress and achievements.

Requirements:
  • Minimum Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working as an SEND Teaching Assistant.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
