We are seeking an experienced Office Operations Manager to join our team at BMB Holidays. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day office operations, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service.
About the Role:This is a senior administrative role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills. As an Office Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the office operations, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
You will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing merchandise and stock inventory, proofing and distributing documents, and supporting the team with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the day-to-day office operations, including supervising staff and managing inventory
- Provide exceptional customer service, handling queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Manage merchandise and stock inventory, ensuring accurate records and efficient distribution
- Proofread and distribute documents, including emails and reports
- 5 years of experience in office administration, preferably in a management role
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- An estimated salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience
- 20 days annual leave (pro rata), plus bank holidays
- 2 team events annually
- End of year bonuses based on performance
