Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the end-to-end process of a Data Subject Request, ensuring timely responses within ICO guidelines
* Log all requests and produce correspondence in response to subject access and rights requests
* Maintain accurate records of communication with customers and colleagues
* Ensure other business areas are contacted promptly to provide solutions for Data Subject Requests
* Proactively escalate issues and provide feedback to team manager/leader as needed
* Take ownership of complex requests and apply appropriate redactions/exemptions
* Manage Right to be Forgotten and Right to Erasure cases according to company retention policy
* Develop and maintain good working relationships with key contacts within the business
* Ensure SharePoint is audited and duplicate data is deleted
* Monitor mailboxes and respond to customers in a timely manner
* Provide first-class customer service via email, offering jargon-free explanations
* Double-check colleague's work and provide constructive feedback

Requirements:

* First-class customer service skills and a positive approach
* Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Methodical approach to tasks with strong administration skills
* Strong knowledge of DPA/GDPR regulations
* Insurance and claims handling background is desirable
