About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our client's team. As a key member of the finance department, you will play a crucial role in providing financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions and strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Produce and present financial reports to business unit managers, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Work closely with business units to understand their financial needs and challenges.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions and strategies.
  • Assist business units in understanding financial performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • Support in the preparation of business cases for new projects or investments.
  • Monitor and manage costs within assigned business units, ensuring alignment with budgets.
Requirements
  • Studying toward ACCA/CIMA
  • Proven experience in a similar role engaging with stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to analyse financial data and prepare financial reports
  • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency
