Service Delivery Expert

We are seeking an energetic and friendly individual to fill the role of Front of House Team Member at Thai Ends. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.

Your Role

  1. Deliver outstanding customer service, responding promptly to guest inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  2. Prepare and serve food, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
  3. Manage cash transactions, operate a POS system, and maintain accuracy in financial dealings.
  4. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery and meet quality expectations.
  5. Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  6. Develop strong relationships with colleagues, contributing positively to team morale and productivity.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety procedures and legislation.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Employment Terms

  • Job Type: Part-time
  • Pay: £17,160 - £24,073 per year
  • Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
