We are seeking a motivated Food Preparation Specialist to join our team at the SUBWAY restaurant in the Preston surrounding areas.

The ideal candidate will work alongside the Assistant & Store Manager to ensure that high levels of customer service & store cleanliness are met at all times.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare food to a high standard, including meat, vegetables and bread.
  • Ensure the front counter is well stocked with fresh produce at all times.
  • Assist with daily cash reconciliation and maintain accurate records.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to Subway standards.
  • Work effectively in a team environment and contribute to a positive store atmosphere.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and follow instructions accurately.
  • Flexibility and reliability, with a willingness to work varied shifts.
  • Leadership and motivational skills, with a desire to progress in the company.
