- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, promoting professional development and excellence.
- Contribute to the strategic review of clinical services, ensuring alignment with Trust objectives.
- Registered Nurse (or midwife for women's services) with postgraduate level achievement or equivalent experience.
- Substantial NHS experience in an acute environment, with demonstrable achievements in improving patient care and being forward-thinking and innovative.
- Financial management and leadership experience, with the ability to implement change in a complex environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across professional boundaries.
