We are seeking a motivated and dynamic pharmacist to join our team at Barts Health NHS Trust. As a Band 7 Senior Pharmacist, you will play a key role in the rotational pharmacist programme, working across four hospital sites in East London.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Deliver quality care to patients through efficient medicines optimization
* Work closely with medical and nursing staff to ensure standardization of medicine policies and procedures
* Contribute to the research agenda, working with staff across the Pharmacy department and student placements
* Participate in the rotational pharmacist programme, rotating across four different sites

**Person Specification**

* Post-registration experience in an acute hospital-based clinical post

* Demonstrates ability to deliver staff training
* Understanding of clinical governance and clinical risk management
* Up-to-date knowledge of legislation relevant to pharmacy practice
* Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy/Pharmacy Practice or equivalent
