  • Registration - Yacht registration and documentation services
  • Crew - Crew employment and payroll services
  • Agency - Port agency services for yachts visiting the Channel Islands and Malta
  • Aero - Aviation services complementing our marine activities
The RoleKey Responsibilities
  • Support the Senior HR & Compliance Manager in day-to-day crew employment tasks
  • Monitor seafarer qualifications and ensure vessels meet MLC employment requirements
  • Provide administrative and compliance support with onboarding crew
  • Regularly update yacht certifications
  • Collect and verify crew certificates
  • Upload certificates to the crew portal
  • Accurately file all mandatory certificates
  • Maintain the internal crew portal
The Ideal Candidate
  • Must have experience within the maritime sector, particularly in the Superyacht industry
  • Knowledge of the Maritime Labour Convention, 2006 (MLC, 2006)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with colleagues, Captains, and Clients
  • High attention to detail and strong administrative skills
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel, and SharePoint
