About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Assistant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products and services, and making recommendations to customers.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the store, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of store standards.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring that the store is visually appealing and well-presented.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Basic IT skills, with the ability to use our in-store technology and systems.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Able to work well under pressure, meeting deadlines and achieving sales targets.
