The NHS is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the position of Training Programme Director for Cardiology. As a key member of the NHS team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality educational programs in cardiology, ensuring that both national standards and specialty-specific guidelines are met.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in clinical and educational leadership to make a meaningful contribution to the NHS. You will work closely with the Postgraduate Dean and other senior leaders to develop and implement innovative training programs that support the growth and development of doctors in training.

In this role, you will oversee the Specialty's Regional Training Programme, manage recruitment to training posts and programmes, and ensure the smooth operation of postgraduate programme management. Your expertise in educational leadership, innovation, and problem-solving will enable you to navigate complex challenges and drive positive change within the organization.
