Care Assistant Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in the Colchester area. As a Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing person-centred care to clients in a variety of settings, including their own homes and care facilities.
  • Assisting clients with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
  • Supporting clients with their mobility and transferring needs.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the delivery of high-quality care services.

Requirements:

  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • 6 months of UK caregiving experience within the past 3 years.
  • Knowledge of care equipment and handling techniques.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
