Salary
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £24,960, complemented by a company car and fuel card, providing a comprehensive compensation package.
Job Description
As a Sales Developer, you will be responsible for increasing brand distribution and visibility within retailers in your area, taking ownership of merchandising and executing additional agreements on space and display. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop effective sales strategies, leveraging category-led selling to achieve the best possible results.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for a proactive, passionate, and ambitious individual with a can-do attitude, who is comfortable driving distance and has a valid UK driving licence. While previous sales experience is not necessary, a strong desire to learn and grow is essential. Our ideal candidate is curious, creative, and equipped with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
