About the Role

As a key member of the Tesco team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive their shopping in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver customer shopping trips, ensuring that products are handled with care and delivered to the customer's door.
  • Interact with customers, providing a warm and welcoming experience, and handling any queries or issues that may arise.
  • Work independently, using your initiative and problem-solving skills to resolve any challenges that may occur during your delivery route.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure that all deliveries are made on time and to the highest standard.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer needs and exceeding their expectations.

Requirements

  • A valid UK/EU/EEA driving license, with at least 12 months' experience and no more than 3 penalty points.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently, using your initiative and problem-solving skills to resolve any challenges that may occur during your delivery route.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
