As a key member of our aftersales team, you will be responsible for supervising and motivating a team of technicians to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high-quality work standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of qualified and apprentice technicians to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Allocate work orders to technicians, manage technician clocking on/off, and rostering to optimize productivity.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on completed works to ensure workshop operations meet brand standards.
  • Drive service profitability by maximizing time saved and upselling opportunities.
  • Manage and update workshop technical solutions, including eVHC and service booking database.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to service customers face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Collaborate with the Service Advisor team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Experience as a Workshop Supervisor or similar role in a franchised dealership.
  • Intermediate IT skills, preferably with experience in administering eVHC software.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Professional and calm approach with excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to foresee potential barriers.
