At Kirkland & Ellis LLP, we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Legal Education and Development Assistant to provide administrative support to our Legal Recruitment and Development team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with creating and maintaining attorney training records, including attendance surveys and reports.
- Coordinate with US peers to ensure compliance with training requirements and accreditation processes.
- Arrange practice group trainings, including booking rooms and issuing calendar invitations.
- Provide administrative support for diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Process invoices and department expenses.
- Undertake other tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Education to degree level, or equivalent experience.
- Proven professional services experience in development, with knowledge of legal development compliance.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to think critically and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Team player with excellent presentation skills.

- Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
