- Recognize play as an important activity for all children and provide a stimulating and enjoyable environment.
- Work flexibly under the guidance of the nursing team to support the children's needs.
- Excellent interpersonal and team working skills.
- Ability to work under supervision and recognize own limits.
- Ability to work constructively within a team.
- Demonstrates initiative, reliability, and a flexible approach to working.
- Level 2 Early Years NVQ, BTEC, or equivalent.
- NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care.
- Previous experience of caring for or working with children aged 0-5 in a voluntary or paid capacity.
