We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employee Experience and Operations Specialist to join our Global Commerce team at Sky. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing initiatives that enhance the overall workplace experience and operational efficiency.

What You'll DoYou will have a unique opportunity to drive business growth by aligning people-related goals with technology objectives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing, monitoring, and analyzing KPIs related to workplace experience, employee satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and champion a culture of continuous improvement.
- Aligning people-related goals with technology objectives to enhance productivity, employee engagement, and overall workplace efficiency.
- Driving the adoption of new tools and platforms that improve communication, collaboration, and workflow efficiency.
In addition, you will plan, organize, and execute internal events, company-wide meetings, and employee engagement initiatives. You will also lead initiatives to enhance the overall workplace experience, such as office layout, amenities.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience facilitating and chairing large-scale events and department-wide meetings.
- Experience gathering, analyzing, and transforming large amounts of data to create insightful narratives and drive improvements.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Flexibility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
As an Employee Experience and Operations Specialist at Sky, you can expect:
- A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
