The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Cloud ERP Technical Lead to join our team at KPMG. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for leading the technical implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support business development and project delivery activities across clients from multiple industries.
  • Communicate compelling and well-thought-out solutions for Oracle Cloud technology in response to complex client problems.
  • Define and support an overall technical solution leveraging leading practice solutions to support business and technical requirements.
  • System design and delivery, including release management, integration management, data migration strategy, and technical project management.
  • Lead a team of resources to deliver a technical project workstream or lead the entire technical delivery team on smaller engagements.
The Person

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who is passionate about Oracle Cloud ERP and has a strong technical background. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience of working effectively with senior client representatives.
  • Conceptual knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP business processes across at least one area - finance, procurement, HR, and/or Payroll.
  • Experience of multiple Oracle Cloud ERP full implementation project lifecycles, preferably from scoping and planning through to post-go-live support.
  • A specialist knowledge of one or more areas, including integration, extension, data migration, enterprise reporting, and cloud delivery.
Technical Skills:

The successful candidate will have:

  • Excellent documentation, reporting, and presentation skills.
  • Well-developed analytical skills and the ability to provide clarity to complex issues.
  • Experience producing project deliverables, including business requirements, functional specs, configuration documents, process flows, use cases, and requirements traceability matrices.
  • Highly proficient Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Projects.

  • A fast learner with the ability to get up-to-speed in a short space of time.
