Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced sales leader to head our UK Independent Retail Sales arm.
Location: Flexible between home and office with a minimum of 1-2 days per week in the Rochester Kent Head Office is required.
Contract Type: Full time, permanent (37.5 hours per week)
Package: £60-65K basic + Bonus up to 25% + Car + Private Medical + 32 days Holiday (inc. BH) + Pension
As the Head of UK Retail Sales, you will be responsible for sales to all our Independent Retail store customers operating throughout mainland UK. You will manage a team of Area Sales Managers and agents, focusing on maximising sales revenues while developing strong, long-lasting relationships with our independent retail partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with independent retail partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
- Monitor and analyse sales performance to identify areas for improvement
A clean driving license is required for this role, and candidates must be prepared to travel throughout the UK as well as work in the Rochester office 1-2 days per week.
While experience in the bed and mattress sector would be beneficial, we are open to considering candidates with a track record of delivery in a related field.
