As a Business Development Manager at Edenred Group, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and development in the aerospace and defence sectors. With a strong background in sales and commercial strategy, you'll identify new market opportunities and implement effective commercial plans to achieve revenue growth and increase market share.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and increase market share
  • Identify new market opportunities and negotiate commercial and contractual terms
  • Analyse market trends and adapt commercial strategies accordingly
  • Regularly report on the progress of commercial objectives and contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes

You'll work closely with senior executives to develop and execute commercial strategies, leveraging your expertise in sales and commercial management to drive business growth and increase market share. As a key member of our sales team, you'll collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales and commercial management, preferably in the aerospace and defence industries
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyse market trends and adapt commercial strategies accordingly
  • Strong background in office software and CRM systems
  • Fluent in English and French (additional languages an asset)
