- Provide secretariat support and diary management for senior management.
- Update, coordinate, and issue directorate and group level communications.
- Coordinate, collate, and maintain accurate data and records to support management information.
- Plan, organise, and deliver high-profile events.
- Undertake administrative tasks on behalf of the senior leadership team.
Requirements:
- Experience of writing communications.
- Administrative experience.
- MS Office proficiency.
- Ability to work proactively with minimum supervision.
