Finance Administrator
We are seeking an experienced Finance Administrator to provide comprehensive support to our finance department. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the sales ledger, handling customer account inquiries, and ensuring timely and professional resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer account inquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
- Accurately input various financial and operational data into Sage.
- Coordinate with customers to obtain necessary purchase order numbers when applicable.
- Ensure accurate allocation of payments and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Process and post client invoices on a weekly basis.
- Assist in resolving aged debt issues and support the debt management process.
- Prepare and distribute monthly customer statements.
- Record and reconcile payments in Sage, including month-end reconciliations for associated businesses and petty cash across branches.
Requirements:
- Proven experience within a similar financial administrative support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to adapt to changing environments and anticipate needs effectively.
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
