Job Title: Account Sales Engineer

At Neos Engineering Recruitment, we are seeking a highly skilled Account Sales Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales by combining technical expertise with effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Expertise:

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our air conditioning product line and stay up-to-date with industry trends.

Sales Presentations & Demonstrations:

  • Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our air conditioning solutions.
  • Highlight the technical features and benefits of our air conditioning solutions and customize them to meet specific client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align technical solutions with client expectations and sales strategy.

Client Relationship Building:

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships by providing ongoing technical support and acting as a trusted advisor for air conditioning needs.
  • Use digital tools and communication channels to engage with clients both in person and remotely.

Forecasting & Sales Reporting:

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and utilize CRM systems to track customer activity and sales performance.

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of air conditioning systems and their applications.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.

Language:

  • Fluency in English.
