Responsibilities:

  • Carry out regular outreach trips to designated areas to engage with rough sleepers.
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans for service users.
  • Collaborate with local authorities and community organizations to provide access to essential services.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with service users, fostering trust and confidence in your abilities.

Compensation Package:

  • An attractive salary of £30,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
