Role Overview

As a Senior Campaign Executive, you will play an important role in the success of our influencer marketing campaigns. You will assist in the end-to-end execution of campaigns, from concept through to delivery, ensuring that each project meets its objectives and delivers excellent results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Campaign Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and meeting client objectives.
  • Develop Client Proposals: Create compelling proposals for prospective clients, leveraging expertise in influencers and creative strategies to drive business growth.
  • Client Communications: Collaborate with Account Managers in client communications and play a key role in client presentations, ensuring strong relationships and delivering exceptional results.
  • Campaign Performance: Oversee campaign success by managing KPIs, budgets across multiple campaigns, and delivering exceptional results.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide in-depth campaign reports and work with Account Managers to maintain strong client relationships, driving business growth and improving campaign performance.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in planning and executing influencer campaigns, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Delegation and Prioritization: Demonstrable experience in delegating and prioritizing a constantly changing workload, ensuring seamless campaign execution.
  • Communication Skills: Competent writing and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Pressure Management: Ability to work effectively and calmly under pressure, ensuring campaign success and meeting client objectives.
  • Influencer Marketing: Understanding of influencer marketing and social metrics (impressions, reach, engagements), with the ability to leverage this expertise to drive business growth.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual in German, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
