Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our team at The Goat Agency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of various influencer and social marketing campaigns, working closely with our Account Managers to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Influencer Campaigns: Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns that meet and exceed client expectations, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
  • Proposal Development: Work with our Account Managers to develop proposals for prospective clients, identifying the correct influencer marketing strategy and creative approach for each brand and their target audience.
  • Client Communication: Attend pitches for prospective clients and assist Account Managers in client phone calls, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional client service.
  • Campaign Performance: Take responsibility for ensuring numerous KPIs are hit and campaigns are delivered, overseeing and managing large budgets on multiple influencer campaigns.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Report on campaign performance and liaise with Account Managers to ensure clients are happy with the results, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Delegation and Prioritization: Demonstrable experience delegating and prioritizing an ever-changing workload, ensuring seamless campaign execution and delivery.
  • Communication Skills: Competent writing and communication skills, able to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and influencers.
  • Pressure Management: Able to work effectively and calmly under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understand influencer marketing and social metrics (impressions, reach, engagements), staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual in German.
