Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our IT infrastructure and applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure and applications
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to improve IT services and support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve IT services
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest IT technologies and trends
Requirements
  • Proven experience in IT support and maintenance
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT infrastructure and applications
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • ITIL qualification or equivalent
Desirable Experience
  • Experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11
  • Knowledge of virtualization technologies
  • Support experience with Microsoft Office 365
  • Understanding of current network hardware, protocols, and standards
