About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Village Hotel Club. As an Assistant Kitchen Manager / Sous Chef, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of our busy kitchen operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Kitchen Manager in delivering a brand-led menu, ensuring high food standards and managing food and payroll costs.
  • Lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas, working closely with the Kitchen Manager to ensure alignment with the company's culinary vision.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with the hotel's events team to provide exceptional food and beverage services for guests.
