We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our capital works projects, with a strong focus on decarbonisation and sustainable housing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing capital works projects, with specific expertise in delivering projects aligned with the Sustainable Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Planning and Delivery: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of capital works projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  2. Decarbonisation Expertise: Lead initiatives that align with SHDF objectives, including energy efficiency improvements and retrofitting of existing housing stock.
  3. Bid Management: Contribute to the preparation and review of bids, ensuring alignment with project requirements and funding guidelines.
  4. Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, external contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and address any issues promptly.
  5. Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on project progress, challenges, and outcomes to senior management and other relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
  1. Experience: Extensive experience in capital works project management with a strong focus on decarbonisation and SHDF projects.
  2. Bid Knowledge: Experience with the preparation and assessment of project bids, including understanding how they are structured and evaluated.
  3. Qualifications: Relevant degree or professional qualifications in project management, construction, or a related field.
  4. Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively liaise with various stakeholders and manage project teams.
