Behaviour Support Worker | Job Summary

Join a dynamic team as a Behaviour Support Worker in Tower Hamlets, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining a positive learning environment and ensuring the wellbeing of students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage behaviour across the school, including patrolling the corridors and providing on-the-spot support
  • Work with students to de-escalate potential disruptions and promote a safe and productive learning environment
  • Collaborate with teachers and the pastoral team to implement behaviour strategies that meet individual student needs
  • Assist with behaviour interventions, helping students to understand and improve their conduct
Behaviour Support Worker | Job Role

This Behaviour Support Worker role is based in one of our outstanding schools in Tower Hamlets. The ideal candidate will have experience working with challenging behaviours or in a similar support role.
