Store Manager Position: We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Store Manager to join our team in Rugby, NN6 7EX. As a Store Manager at Starbucks, you will be responsible for leading a team of baristas and ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional experience every time they visit our store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of baristas to deliver high-quality customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Oversee the store's daily operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and stock control.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other store managers to share best practices and drive business growth.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a retail management role, preferably in the food or beverage industry.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, as required.
Salary and Benefits:
We are offering a competitive salary of £30,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a quarterly bonus incentive scheme. As a Store Manager at Starbucks, you will also receive free meals, discounts on store products, and access to training and development opportunities.
