Store Manager Position: We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Store Manager to join our team in Rugby, NN6 7EX. As a Store Manager at Starbucks, you will be responsible for leading a team of baristas and ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional experience every time they visit our store.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage a team of baristas to deliver high-quality customer service and achieve sales targets.
  2. Oversee the store's daily operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and stock control.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  4. Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  5. Collaborate with other store managers to share best practices and drive business growth.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a retail management role, preferably in the food or beverage industry.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, as required.

Salary and Benefits:

We are offering a competitive salary of £30,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a quarterly bonus incentive scheme. As a Store Manager at Starbucks, you will also receive free meals, discounts on store products, and access to training and development opportunities.
