We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at WE Talent. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth receipt, control, and dispatch of goods, as well as supporting the team in maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
  • Work closely with the Head of Supply Chain to identify and implement improvements in warehouse processes.
  • Support and mentor warehouse staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels and physical and system records, and ensure compliance with all procedures and standards.
  • Prioritize workloads to meet immediate and long-term targets, and ensure the team meets key performance indicators (KPIs).
