About the Role:

To succeed as a Delivery Manager at NEXT, you will lead and inspire your team to deliver outstanding stock processing and stockroom organisation in a commercial, operationally efficient, safe and high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team to achieve performance targets and drive stockroom and stock processing standards
  • Demonstrate a hands-on approach for all operational activities by working alongside the team and supporting the sales floors and store management team when needed
  • Create an atmosphere where supporting, motivating and inspiring your team to be at their best is at the core of everything you do
  • Ensure smooth running of the stockroom processes by continuously improving, identifying and solving problems
  • Strive to ensure our beautifully presented stock is available to our customers as soon as possible
