Sanitation Specialist

Job Summary:

We are pleased to be working with a leading Food Product Manufacturer in the Maldon area who are hiring for a Hygiene Operative on an ongoing temporary basis. This role will involve various cleaning duties, managing quality control and hygiene standards, and assisting within the warehouse and production when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertaking various cleaning duties, including cleaning, vacuuming, and emptying bins within a factory environment
• Managing quality control and hygiene standards at all times
• Assisting within the warehouse and production when needed
• General production and warehousing duties as directed by management

Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing and production experience preferred
• Previous cleaning/hygiene experience
• A flexible approach to working hours
• Good levels of communication, written and oral
• Ability to work within a team and lone working
• An outstanding work ethic
• Ability to learn new skills
• A reasonable level of fitness to complete manual handling tasks (lifting up to 20kgs)

Working Hours and Pay:

Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm (although a flexible approach to hours is required)
