About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar Manager to join our team at San Carlo Cheshire. As a Bar Manager, you will be responsible for leading the bar team and ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the bar team and ensure that all bar operations are running smoothly
  • Monitor and drive sales in the bar area
  • Ensure that all bar stock is managed effectively and within budget
  • Train and develop the bar team to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service
  • Work closely with the General Manager to ensure that the bar area is running efficiently and effectively

Requirements

  • 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Team management experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail, highly organized and capable of handling multiple tasks
