Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Compliance and Resourcing Officer to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing the candidate pipeline, headhunting for candidates, and developing new and existing candidate attraction strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the candidate pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates
  • Effectively headhunt for candidates via online databases and job boards
  • Advertise vacancies through various job boards and social media channels
  • Attend job fairs and university events to network and attract top talent
  • Collaborate with the wider partnership team to develop new and existing candidate attraction strategies
  • Provide an excellent candidate care journey to all candidates
  • Guide candidates through the full registration process
  • Ensure candidates are fully vetted and compliant against DfE, Keeping Children Safe in Education, and industry standards

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a resourcing or compliance role
  • Confidence and motivation to work independently
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to network and devise new resourcing strategies
  • Motivation and drive to succeed and grow with the company
