At Posturite, we specialise in providing ergonomic workplace adjustments and solutions to clients across various sectors.
The Role:We are seeking a skilled Freelance Ergonomics Consultant to undertake assessments for individuals with diverse needs, including neurodiverse conditions, health issues, or unique work requirements.
This role requires an experienced consultant who can cater to diverse needs, including ADHD, autism, menopause, dyslexia, dyscalculia, and dyspraxia. We encourage applicants with additional relevant expertise.
You will work closely with individuals to enable them to achieve their goals, providing expert guidance and support.

Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive Workplace Needs Assessments for a diverse range of individuals
- Provide expert guidance and support to help individuals achieve their goals
- Work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and requirements
- Experience in assessing individuals with neurodiverse conditions, health issues, or unique work requirements
- Knowledge of areas such as ADHD, autism, menopause, dyslexia, dyscalculia, and dyspraxia
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
As a Freelance Ergonomics Consultant at Posturite, you will gain valuable experience in supporting individuals with diverse needs.

Salary:£45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
