We work with a diverse range of clients across various sectors, including finance, professional services, central government, NHS, and retail. Our team is dedicated to providing tailored solutions to help individuals overcome challenges and thrive in their workplaces.

The Role:

You will conduct comprehensive Workplace Needs Assessments to identify areas where employees can be better supported. This may involve working with individuals who have neurodiverse conditions, health challenges, or unique work requirements.

Your expertise will be invaluable in creating customized plans that enhance work effectiveness and comfort. You will work closely with clients to understand their job functions, challenges, and needs, and provide written reports outlining recommended adjustments and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to understand employee needs and challenges
  • Identify technology, equipment, or reasonable adjustments required to improve work effectiveness
  • Develop and implement customized plans to support employees

Requirements:

  • Empathy, respect, and understanding of neurodivergent individuals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Problem-solving abilities and creative thinking
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

This is a freelance opportunity for experienced professionals. A registered umbrella company or LTD status is required. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field and extensive knowledge of neurodiverse conditions.

Estimated Salary: £35-£45 per hour (dependent on experience)

Working days: Monday to Wednesday
