Mental Health Social Worker Role

This vital role provides statutory emergency duty responses outside of office hours in challenging situations.
Key Responsibilities:- Work a 35-hour week over an 8-week rolling rota, typically involving 11-hour shifts.
- Conduct Mental Health Act assessments and address social care issues across Manchester.
- Engage in safeguarding processes to protect vulnerable residents, collaborating with partner agencies and stakeholders.
A competitive salary of £45,399 per annum is offered, plus opportunities for annual pay rises and comprehensive support.
Requirements:
- A qualified AMHP with a professional Social Work qualification and registered with Social Work England.
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
